OFFICE FURNITURE
Geslive

Distribution, relocation of workstations and expansion of office space for the Spanish food firm Geslive.
Besides with providing the firm with a wide range of office furniture, panels and partitions, we also set up a voice and data network and a state-of-the-art switchboard. All these changes were made without altering in any way the historical building, dating back two centuries, in which the office is set, in the town of Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). All the furniture chosen was in-keeping with the company's corporate image, as well as functional and ergonomical.

SOLUTIONS FOR NON-VENTILATED AREAS
Detention Centres

These detentions centres that house individuals for a period of time before they stand trial pose several problems, such as holding many people in crammed poorly ventilated spaces, creating thus unpleasant odours and risk of contagion which translate into poor and sometimes dangerous working conditions for the staff working in these centres.
After conducting the appropriate tests within the areas to be treated, several carbon filter air purifiers were installed, neutralising thus the high level of odours. Ultraviolet lamps were also added to these areas in order to absorb micro-organisms that are naturally found in any normal environment.
Finally, the premises were provided with an automatic sensor that activates the system when detecting high contamination levels, enabling this system to be used continuously without any person actually operating it.

OFFICE FURNITURE
Public Administration

As a company that is certified by the Spanish Public Administration to supply all kinds of furniture required by all Government Offices, at all levels, EKINSA is able to carry out this service in an integral, punctual and professional way.
We have, thus, offered our services to Concert Halls, Universities, libraries and Government offices, both at national and regional levels.

SMOKE-FREE RESTAURANTS

One of the foremost restaurants in the city of Madrid was once faced with a dilemma: their premises held a high concentration of tobacco smoke, strong odours from the kitchen when preparing food and a very high volume of guests coming in.
After considering the capacity of each of their rooms, several air purifiers were installed, solving thus the problem they had been confronted with, since the tobacco smoke was eliminated, as well as the strong cooking odour, creating an pleasant environment that could satisfy both smoking and non-smoking customers.
As a result, both guests and workers are able to enjoy a smoke and odour-free environment.
